I have had the best experiences here. I have had a few procedures over the years and am so impressed with Dr. Ornsteins knowledge and savvy! Don’t hesitate to visit her office, she will set your mind at ease about it all and make sure everything is done perfectly. I have had a bone graft, gum tissue graft and dental implant done and am so thankful that I was able to have her perform the procedures! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful too. They were able to squeeze me in last week when I had a dental emergency, which I really appreciate!

Dr. Mantravadi and staff were excellent! Both my kids had their wisdom teeth removed and their protocols pre and post op are clearly explained and help minimize any complications. I chose Dr. M because a recent study reported female surgeon's patients have far fewer post op complications as well as she implements the Platelet Rich Fibrin into the sockets to promote healing and prevent dry sockets! The staff was professional, kind, and took care of both kids from the consultation to putting them in the car post op. Dr. M gave us her cell phone in case we had any concerns and even called in the evening to check in. The healing process was easier than anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. MANTRAVADI!!!

Dr. Ornstein quickly built rapport with my teen son at his consultation for wisdom teeth extraction. I was impressed with her communication style, knowledge, and calm demeanor. It was a bonus that she uses the patient’s stem cells to pack the open wounds and speed the recovery time. My son’s extractions went flawlessly and he quickly healed despite not being the best about following all the post operative instructions. The day after surgery, he was out fishing with his friends.The nurses and staff were so polite, genuinely kind, and top notch and I could not have chosen a better place to handle my child’s surgical procedure.

Best oral surgeon I have met in Collin County and I met 3 prior to Dr. Ornstein. Wonderful and delightful woman. It took her 30 minutes to remove all 4 wisdom teeth and left me painless for a week. 10/10 recommend!! Thanks Doc - Tyara 🙂
