Five stars for wisdom teeth extraction experience with Dr Pooja Mantravadi. She explained her part and did it well, but she is working at wrong place. One star for experience with Office Manager cum Account/Billing/Sales Team. The Account/Billing/Sales team will coerce patients to go for deep sedation. Review each item in the plan carefully; The item 09612—Therupatic drug had Steroid, that was not necessary. This was the 2nd instance in my life I got a steroid. The first time was in COVID, compare the two, one was life emergency. I woke up after 25 minutes of the first deep sedation was injected, not sure why the item was billed three times. The Account/Billing/Sales explained that sedation started with inhalation of nitrous oxide as the first item; nitrous was not part of the plan. The only person that handles the account will take weeks and then not resolve the queries, and then stop taking your calls. The calls are transferred by the person in reception sitting beside them. The account responsible knows beforehand the name and purpose of the calling person, then the selectively recorded message will be heard saying that "she will respond to the account-related calls on Friday only." Do you believe that? Poor communication, no accountability, financial rip off. Avoid at any cost

As a person nearing middle age, I was somewhat apprehensive about having my wisdom teeth removed, but thank goodness I came here. Dr. Mantravadi was awesome! She was very thorough during the consultation about the potential risks. There were clear pre and post op instructions, and she just made me feel at ease with the entire process. Fortunately, I had minimal pain and swelling. Cherry on top, she personally reached out to me in the following days to check on me after the surgery. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Thank you Dr. Mantravadi!

Dr Pooja Mantridevi is the best oral surgeon. She did Implant procedure. It went very well. I did not need pain killer. No swelling no pain. Very good staff and facilities. She used plasma on me I loved that part the most.10 stars from me

Dr Ornstein & her staff are wonderful! Everyone is super nice & comforting, which is a must since it’s oral surgery!! I love the music that’s played throughout the rooms! I have major anxiety when it comes to getting my mouth worked on & the relaxed, fun atmosphere really helps to make me feel more relaxed. Dr Ornstein is truly a professional & can be quite funny, which also helps with my anxiety! I love that she is blunt, but still very compassionate. I’ve been to her for 2 different procedures over the last 4 years. I also took my teenage son to her to get his wisdom teeth out. My husband will be seeing her soon for his own dental work! I highly recommend Dr Ornstein if you need any kind of oral or facial surgery/procedures.

This office’s lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable. Before my child’s surgery, I was given an estimate and told my financial responsibility would be around $900, which I paid in full. Then weeks later—after the surgery was already done—I was suddenly informed I owed an additional $600. No bill. No itemized statement. No explanation. I called and emailed repeatedly for over a month and received no response. It wasn’t until I left a negative Google review that someone finally reached out—and their excuse? “Maybe we texted you.” That’s not just unprofessional, it’s insulting. I had been trying to reach out through every proper channel. At minimum, a medical office should provide clear, written documentation for any charges and respond promptly to patient inquiries. That’s not just best practice—it’s a basic patient right. Please be aware: Even if you’re quoted one number before the procedure, this office may change that afterward without warning. If I had known the real out-of-pocket cost upfront, I would’ve gone with a different provider. There are plenty of other practices that are upfront, professional, and ethical. I will be contacting my insurance company to file a formal dispute and get a full investigation into these charges. If the insurer finds that these costs were added improperly or without prior disclosure, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the appropriate medical board or pursue legal action. As a patient, I have the right to transparent billing and fair communication—and I fully intend to stand up for those rights. Update : Due to your office’s ongoing failure to communicate, I called my insurance provider directly. They confirmed that someone named Sandy from your office called today to check on the status of the claim. It is now August. The date of service was in May. This last minute follow up only adds to the impression that your billing practices are disorganized and unresponsive. More importantly, I asked insurance why I was not given a detailed cost estimate before the surgery. They explained that your office should have called them to request a Predetermination of Benefits. That is how a provider confirms exactly what will be covered and what the patient will owe based on the actual billing codes tied to the procedure. Insurance cannot do this for the patient. Only the provider can make that call because only the provider has access to the CPT codes and billing details necessary for an accurate estimate. That means your office had every opportunity and every obligation to clarify my out of pocket cost before the procedure. You did not. That is not a small oversight. It is a complete failure of due diligence. It is your job to make that call, to verify those costs, and to communicate them clearly to patients before asking for payment or scheduling surgery. You did not do that. Now I am left dealing with the consequences of your incompetence.

Dr. Sharon Ornstein is a 10/10 for oral surgeons, I highly recommend! I’ve had two implants installed 6 years apart and the second implant was an even better experience than the first! Her staff is wonderful and attentive to patient needs!
