Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been trying to get help with my account for over a month—left voicemails, sent emails, and spoke to the front desk multiple times. Nothing. No replies. No follow-up. Just silence. Apparently, only one person in the entire office can look into account issues, and she returns calls maybe once a week—if you’re lucky. It honestly feels like they just don’t care about their patients. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a medical office. Patients deserve better than this. If you’re looking for an office that values your time and well-being, this is not the place.

Dr. Ornstein brilliantly helped me out of two situations with my mouth. Other physicians couldn’t find the problem. I consider her my modern day hero! She has a no nonsense approach with impeccable exam skills. As a Registered Nurse, I appreciate her voice of reason and bed side skill that has otherwise been lost in the masses. I can’t express how great the staff was at this office. I recently had wisdom teeth procedure done by Dr. Mantravadi. She is very professional and knowledgeable, but at the same time very personable and shows a true care for her patients. Her staff is equally as professional and knowledgeable. They were so warm and welcoming to me and my family. The front desk lady Blanka was so sweet! I would highly recommend!! 🤍

Do NOT use this facility. The nursing staff is incredibly unprofessional, flirting with married men during their visits. The facility is run down and not clean. And to top it off, the staff taking back the patient is extremely rude. The fact that a patient with a high level of anxiety must go in ALONE for a “quick procedure” is beyond baffling. What’s worse is that none of this was discussed beforehand. We will NEVER be back!!!!
