Absolutely no words to describe the over-the-top service I received. From the front desk to the doctors office, I saw nothing but friendly faces from the staff. So attentive and sweet I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, I believe Dr.ornstein Did And outstanding job I had no issues Whatsoever.

Had a tooth extraction at this place in 2023, afterwards, wanted to discuss getting an implant, the doctor never returned my numerous calls. Fast forward to 2024, they send an additional bill (just the amount, no description, nothing), mind you, I paid in full for my procedure back when it was done in 2023 and no it wasn't cheap. Called about the bill, never got a call back. I don't recommend seeing this doctor based on my experience.

These people are unprofessional and trash! I made an appointment on Thursday, provided all insurance information and filled out online patient info. Five days later, one day before actual appointment, I get a call stating, "We do not accept HMO, but we will be happy to see you as an out of network patient". I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Ornstein’s office is well organized and friendly: starting with desk clerks, to the financial person, to the dental assistants. Dr. Ornstein is proficient in her clinical skills, confident and will explain things in a way you will understand. Her sense of humor puts you at ease. She does everything she can to minimize pain: I had a bone graft/ implant, followed her post procedure directives and had very minimal pain afterwards. ( like almost no pain). She is efficient without making you feel rushed. If you want an oral surgeon who knows what she is doing while still demonstrating compassion then please see Dr. Ornstein.

I put off having my wisdom teeth extracted for years due to anxiety over the procedure. I had consultations at a few offices before deciding on Dr. Ornstein. It was the best decision! The front office staff are SO friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease during my initial consultation. Dr. Ornstein explained everything well and was very knowledgeable and confident. I knew after my consultation that I wanted to have my surgery with her when my work schedule allowed. Day of the surgery, my anxiety was through the roof. My procedure was at 8 AM and I remember waiting outside the office beforehand scared to go inside. The sweetest front desk lady was arriving to work and saw that I was nervous and she prayed with me. That touched my heart and my boyfriend and I were so impressed with her kindness and compassion. Surgery went well and the healing process was better than I could have imagined. My pain level never exceeded a 2/10 the entire healing period. Pain was easily managed with Tylenol. Dr. Ornstein is an excellent surgeon and I am so grateful to her for a positive experience. I also want to add that I had a piece of corn stuck in my upper socket about 3 weeks post-op and they were able to get me in quickly for relief. 10/10!

Dr.Ornstein and staff are amazing! I was pretty scared and nervous to get 4 wisdom teeth removed and a lump i had on th roof of my mouth but they answered all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I was mostly worried about the pain after but it was literally no more than a 4 out of 10. Went in a week later for follow up and staff was still very kind and welcoming. Glad to hear i was healing just fine and got more questions answered. Best part was knowing the bump was just scar tissue. I will be recommending Dr. Ornstein to anyone i know. My mom has also seen Dr. Ornstein and has also been happy with her work.

Dr. Ornstein is awesome! I am a serious “white knuckle” dental patient and after meeting with her for a consult I left feeling better and less stressed. She listened to me and HEARD what I had to say. Her staff is awesome also!! I would recommend her to anyone in need of dental surgery.
